Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Di Growth Labs, we strive to deliver high-quality, AI-powered digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. While we are confident in the value we provide, we also understand that there may be circumstances where cancellations or refunds are requested. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.


Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request to cancel ongoing services by providing a written notice via email to info@digrowthlabs.com.

  • Cancellation requests for recurring services (like social media marketing, SEO, or paid ad campaigns) must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Any work delivered, resources allocated, or services already rendered up to the date of cancellation will be chargeable and non-refundable.


Refund Policy

As we provide customized digital marketing services that involve significant time, strategy, and resource allocation, we follow a strict no-refund policy for services already delivered or in progress.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If payment was made for a service/package but no work has commenced, and a refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment confirmation, a full refund may be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.

  • If services are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, and no mutually agreed resolution is found within 15 business days, clients may request a partial or full refund depending on the scope of undelivered services.

  • No refunds will be provided for services rendered on trial, promotional offers, or discounted rates.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • SEO optimization services

  • Social media management and marketing

  • Content creation, website design & development

  • Consulting and strategy sessions

  • Any service involving third-party software, tools, or paid subscriptions on behalf of the client


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to deduction of applicable transaction charges, taxes, or any costs incurred by Di Growth Labs on behalf of the client.
